Wayne Christianson
has recently joined the brokers in the Depoe Bay office of Emerald Coast
Realty. Prior to his joining Emerald Coast, he and his family lived
in Hermiston, Oregon where Wayne enjoyed 23 years of successful high
school and middle school teaching. In addition to his educational experience,
Wayne received extensive training in property evaluation while employed
as a fee real estate appraiser, where he achieved the R.M. designation
from the American Association of Real Estate Appraisers. Wayne is confident
that the skills he acquired appraising properties will be valuable in
helping his clients achieve maximum return on their property investments.
His appraisal skills will also benefit sellers by not only assisting
them in setting accurate sales prices for their property, but also,
keeping them informed of market trends, current anticipated marketing
time and financing conditions that affect today’s market.
Wayne is very goal oriented and will be diligent in seeking the real
estate results that his clients need and expect.
Bennett
Christianson became an Emerald Coast Realtor in November of 2007 after
having graduated with honors from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon,
where he achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance. Investments
in financial markets are a keen interest of Bennett’s and this
focus, coupled with his sharp analytical skills, will serve him well
in working with his client’s real estate needs.
Bennett and his father, Wayne, have enjoyed teaming up, not only in
areas of business, but also in building projects, hunting, fishing and
athletics . They share a true affection for coastal living and strive
to experience and share much of what the Oregon coast offers to those
seeking residence here. Like his father, Bennett is a goal setter and
remains committed to achieving the results his clients seek. They will
